Our venue this year will be on a private school here in Cagayan de Oro. Our accommodation can only cater 400 people - this includes campers and chaperones.

When will registration end?

Registration will close on April 30, 2025 or if all the slots are taken. There are only 400 slots for both campers and chaperones.

What should I pack?

DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING

📖 Bible

📝Notebook & Pen (Sermons will be note-worthy)

🧴 Toothbrush, deodorant, towels and other toiletries (Pleeeease!) 

👟 Sunscreen, outdoor outfits, swimwear, water bottles

👕 Lots of extra clothes

🍔 Extra food or money

💊 Meds (for those who are in regular medication)


Things NOT to bring:

❌ Harmful objects

❌ Lighters

❌ Drugs

❌ Alcoholic beverages

❌ Cooking equipment

❌ Bad attitude

How old should I be to join?

You have to be old enough to be in Grade 7.

This camp is for High School and College students or 13-23 year olds.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds. In the event that you have to cancel, you have an option to arrange for a substitute attendee by contacting the youth coordinator at your location.

What safety precautions will be taken?

Throughout the entire event, a dedicated team of professionals will be present at the event venue to ensure your safety. Safety team will be consist of: on-site law enforcement, security staff and volunteers, & medical professionals.

Can I leave the camp venue?

Under no circumstances are campers allowed to leave the campsite without the presence of their pastors or leaders. 

What are the responsibilities of chaperones?

The chaperone's main role is to ensure that the needs of their campers are taken care of.  Chaperones are responsible for coordination and decision-making.


For every 10 campers, there should be one chaperone.

PS: Chaperones' rooms are separate from the campers'.

Are evening rallies open for all?

Yes. You can invite your friends around the area!

What happens during church group time?

During Church Group Time, you will gather with your church leaders and youth to process what happened throughout the day.  Take advantage of this time to bring courage and clarity to each other. This is the time to ask questions, pray, and get prayed for!
